I’m not a foot person. Shamingly, even after years of abuse through gymnastics, I’ve never really taken much care of my feet. I do suffer with hard skin, but getting rid of it has never been a major part of my shower/bath/beauty/daily routine. Shocking, I know.
However, with summer (hopefully) around the corner and seeing this little battery-powered gadget advertised on TV I thought, let’s give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. It really does work! Hello, Summer feet!
What It Claims To Do.
” Gently and effectively buffs away dry, hard and rough skin from the soles and heels in seconds. The unique micro-mineral rollers spin 360 degrees, at 30 times per second to gently remove hard and rough skin. “
Like I mentioned, the gadget itself is battery powered, using 2 AA batteries, so no need for scrubbing, scraping or grating and finishing with an aching arm, the rollers do all the work for you.
It also comes with two grades of roller. A coarse roller (the pink one) for daily buffing or the extra corse (blue) roller, which I’d recommend using first, to get rid of the bulk of hard skin.
You can also buy replacement rollers.
I was really surprised (appalled) at the amount of skin that this little gadget took off my feet! But at the same time, I was very impressed and glad that I’d finally found something that works!
My only negative to this gadget is that it doesn’t have a way of collecting the buffered skin, it either falls on the floor or you have to tap it out of the roller throughout use. Obviously, this is no major negative, just an observation.
