I’ve been tempted by beauty boxes again for some time, but the monthly cost and not knowing the products you’ll receive always puts me off.
After receiving an email from Latest In Beauty I saw this beauty advertised and immediately ordered it. I’m not going to lie, it was the HD Brows palette that had me sold, but there were also products in it that I quite fancied trying.
This box cost £14.95, with an all-round retail cost of £65.
It has been complied with the help of GLAMOUR magazine, so think of it as your party season essentials or just goodies in a box for you to try and fall in love with.
It’s contents are:
EYEKOLash Curler – An unknown brand to me. But, none the less, lash curlers are always needed! For some reason, even buying the No7 ones, I break the rubber.
Benefit, They’re Real! Mascara – Heard all the hype about this, but never actually bought. I was a Maybelline girl, until L’Oreal Telescopic got me. But, I will give this a whirl.
HD Brows, Eye & Brow Palette – One of the reasons I bought this box! I only recently bought a new palette, but, now I have a spare and it’s the right shade! Happy!
Balance Me – Radiance face oil – Heard of the name, but I know nothing more. Face and oil never sounds good to me, but I will try this out.. I promise.
Philip Kingsley, one more day dry shampoo – I’ve never tried a dry shampoo before. I have a can of the batiste stuff. With this being Philip Kingsley, I have high hopes.
Maybelline, Baby Lips – Another product I didn’t jump on the bandwagon for when it was launched. However, I have been using this and can see what the hype was about. I love it. It’s the Hydrate one, so perfect for my broken lips.
Toni & Guy, Glamour firm hold hairspray – I hardly ever use hairspray anymore. But, I shall put this in my draw, because, there’ll always be a time.
All in all, I’m pretty happy with this box and look forward to sampling all the above.
