The Body Shop Seaweed Collection.
Ok. You got me. I don’t exfoliate!
I know! I have wanted to add it into my skincare, but I just never get round to researching, buying, trying.
However, after recently reading a review on The Body Shop Seaweed Collection I was intrigued, plus with the smaller price tag than some skincare out there, I thought it was worth a go.
So in normal Caroline fashion, of not just being able to buy what I went in for, I purchased not just the exfoliator but the clay mask and the pore perfector, which actually came in a gift bag together.
Face masks are another thing that I’ve wanted to try for some time. Anything that hydrates the skin at this time of year is great! Right? And although I’m currently loving the Garnier Perfect Blur, I’ll definitely be giving the pore perfector a whirl.
The full seaweed range consists of:
- Cleansing Facial Wash
- Purifying Facial Cleanser
- Clarifying Toner
- Day Cream
- Mattifying Moisture Lotion and
- Night Treatment
I decided to use the exfoliator every other day and the face mask once a week. The pore perfector, I use on days I wear a full face of makeup.
I’ve been using the products for 2 weeks now and love them all! The exfoliator does exactly what it says and exactly what I’d expect it too. You can really feel the beads rubbing down into your pores and clearing them out. Afterwards, my skin feels immediately clean and fresh. It makes me sad to then clog my face with makeup.
I’d definitely recommend this collection. I’m tempted to try the Vitamin C collection next, my skin could do with some radiance.
