With the warmer weather, I find myself reaching for a CC cream over my normal foundations.
Last summer I lived in Olay’s Regenerist CC Cream. But after a while, I found it to be really sticky to touch and feeling like it was falling off my face. So, I’ve started a search for a new CC cream.
So here we go..
Week 1 – Bourjois 123 Perfect.
After reading a review on these products, which literally came as I decided I was on the search for a new CC cream, I knew I had to try them.
I had an idea of what shade I wanted, however, once I swatched the colours, I felt that ivory was a better-suited shade, so bought both in this.
The product itself is really light, exactly what you’d expect from a CC cream and sits very matte like on your face. At first, I liked this, but then after a few applications, I’ve decided I’m on the fence as to whether this is a good or not so good thing.
Coverage is good and it blends in well. It does seem to have evened my skin tone. I’m just not sure whether I should have got the next shade up. Maybe this shade is too close to my natural colour?
The concealer I wasn’t too impressed by. I wasn’t sure on the consistency. But to be honest, I’m like this with my Clarins one. My poor eye bags aren’t going anywhere easily.
What do you think? Have you tried this product? What were your thoughts? Or are there any other CC creams you think I should try, I’d love to know!
