TODDLER: Starting Preschool

With our little boy just turned two, he is eligable to start Pre School, so with him all booked in for three mornings a week, I thought I best get organised.

Being the person/parent I am, I decided to have a separate wardrobe of clothes, purely for Pre School days. It consists of clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting paint, glue, food or anything else messy on them that may possibly ruin them.
I’ve also had to factor the weather and season changes into this wardrobe, so there’s a mixture of short and long sleeve/leg items.

So below are a few examples of what is in our little boys Pre School wardrobe:

NEXT THREE PACK STRIPE T-SHIRTS

NEXT FOUR PACK LONG SLEEVE HODDED T-SHIRTS

NEXT TWO PACK NAVY & GREY MARL SHORTS

NEXT THREE PACK JOGGERS

CATH KIDSTON MINI FARMYARD SUCKSACK

Can you tell I love Next and not only that, but that I love their ‘bulk buys’. As ever, Next are really tapped into parents like myself, who like the simple items.

The Cath Kidston bag I purchased while we were away in Center Parcs. Living a little rural, I thought it would fit in well at pre school. Plus, he likes quack quacks.

My son's preschool has a uniform, so that's really simplified that whole issue! The odd occasion I've dropped him off wearing something else (he's on afternoon sessions) he's guaranteed to come much messier than the days he's wearing uniform!

I hated sending my kids to school in there own clothes , i find it soo much easier and cheaper to send them in a uniform

I agree, it would be a lot easier to, but ours doesn't have a set uniform. you can purchase a tshirt and or jumper if you wish, which I will do.. but you don't have to.

yes, ours isn't compulsory either.. I will buy a tshirt and jumper for him, but yes, joggers are a definite for us too, they're easier for them to move around in and play. Who doesn't love comfies. 🙂 x
