Predator Nutrition And BSN Event, Leeds.

20th May 2015crelgey

I’m not unaware or nieve of the supplement world. On my gym days I’ll come home and have a banana and protein shake, but I am possibly un/ill-educated. So when I got the opportunity to head to Predator Nutrition in Leeds for the launch of some new BSN products, I jumped at the chance.

Predator Nutrition.

Initially, a web-based business, supplying buyers with exclusive supplements, Predator Nutrition’s success drove them to open a store in Leeds, not only to help the growing business but to also offer a more one-to-one, customer-focused sale. Getting to know their customers and helping to inform and educate them.

BSN, short for Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition, is one of the brands stocked at Predator Nutrition. BSN, as most are, are supplements made to help enhance the physique and also athletic performance. But their supplements are not only ground-breaking, with results and testimonials to prove, but they’re a global leader in the sports nutrition industry and award-winning too.

The day was all about BSN and their new products.

N.O.-Xplode 3.0 in flavour ‘Dragon Fruit’. The new, all in one pre-workout formula. It’s purpose, to push you to your limits and further. Basically giving you more energy and endurance. This formula, unlike its predecessor, the 2.0, is more concentrated, thus meaning a smaller serving size, but the exact same outcome. As well as Dragon Fruit, it comes in 4 amazing flavours.

Also new from BSN was Syntha-6 Edge. Excelling its predecessor, this formula is more refined, made from only the best proteins, plus has only 1.5g of sugar. Helping both muscle growth and recovery, you’ll never look back once you’ve tried it.

To help advertise this new product, a few of their sponsored athletes were drafted in, including Miami Pro UK winner Carly Tierney, who was more than happy to listen to me waffle on and ask, probably, the most novice and basic questions, but she was lovely.

However, it was the arrival and presence of the one and only, 3 time Olympia 212 winner, Flex Lewis that possibly/more than likely, drew the crowds in. Again, a lovely person to speak to, who genuinely had time for everyone who wanted a picture and autograph from him.

The PREDATOR NUTRITION staff were readily on hand throughout the event and were nothing but friendly and helpful. Personally, I’d never heard of the company before and or been in a supplement/nutrition store before, so had nothing to compare it to, however, if I had to describe what I’d like from a store it would be this one. It was spacious, light, modern, with enough on offer without being overcrowded to the point of giving up trying to find what you’re looking for. I’d highly recommend.

That sounds like a really interesting event! I used to think that protein nutrition was just for men but recently learned a lot more about it and realised how beneficial it is for women who work out too. It turns out that men and women's bodies use it in completely different ways!

It was a great event and even nicer to talk to people in the know in a relaxed way. 🙂 I think it's easy to speculate on topics you don't know much about, but your deffo right that different products work differently for men and women, though the basis is the same. I just love the range of products available. 🙂
