I hope you’ve had as a wonderful Christmas and New Year as we’ve had. It’s all come and happened so quickly, I really can’t believe that we’re in 2016. Though I’ll no doubt say exactly the same next year!
2015 was a great year for Notes From Caroline. It saw me attend some amazing events and meets, plus the opportunity to work with some great brands and businesses, especially those local to me. It’s been a pleasure to feature the likes of THE GRANARY (fantastic new site BTW) and OLIVER’S ON THE MOUNT, I look forward to returning many a time this year. Staying Local will continue to be a focus point on Notes From Caroline this year.
Through meets and events I’ve also met some amazing people. It’s been nice to go to events and see some familiar faces. Thanks to those for being OK to me tagging along! (you know who you are) A lady I have to mention is CARLY TIERNEY who I met early in 2015 at a promotional event at a nutrition store. If you’re into fitness she’s such an inspirational and knowledgeable person. I was overwhelmed and grateful that she allowed me the opportunity to go and train with her. She also blogs for Fitness Superstore. Another fitness orientated lady I have to mention is my friend Abi. My first and main inspiration to lift weights, Abi has been a great help in putting together workouts, pushing me and being a go-to source of help! However, I doubt she’ll want to read my latest message in that I’ve changed my goal and I need her to move in to be my cook and stop me snacking!
Notes From Caroline has gone through a few appearance changes this year. (this generally happens when I find a new blog and get layout envy!) So a big thanks to Aly, for keeping up with me and answering my annoying ‘can I’ questions.
Thank you last but by no means least to everyone that takes the time to read and comment on Notes From Caroline, it really brings a smile to my face.
So, thanks again to everyone that made 2015 wonderful, here’s to making 2016 even better. On a personal level, we have a few family holidays and days out already planned to look forward too and I’m sure there’ll be plenty more in store in between. Plus, with date nights a now set in stone occurrence, you can definitely expect more outfit posts.. Which makes it totally acceptable to shop more right?!
