Things That Happened In March.

It’s been another busy one… Take a deep breath and let’s get started.

FAMILY. The month didn’t start off well with me being a bit poorly for a good near a couple of weeks… This meant I wasn’t 100% for Mother’s Day, so we didn’t go out anywhere. However, I was truly spoilt with a gorgeous and very Instagrammable (and won’t stay white for long) pair of white original Adidas Superstar trainers and a gorgeous Buckley London ring. The hubby also made THE most amazing Pork dinner too, which went down a treat after being poorly.
Next on the cards was our family (minus the dog) trip to Centre Parcs, Whinfell Forest. Which is fast (2 years in a row) becoming our yearly family holiday. We love it.
I blogged last year about our first visit to Centre Parcs, Whinfell Forest here, but will be doing a follow up on this visit, so keep an eye out.
I’m not sure if I’d already mentioned, but we’ve also booked to visit this Christmas. Well, the week before Christmas. So many friends went last Christmas and loved it, so I felt we really needed to jump on the bandwagon.
Whilst being at Centre Parcs, it was our little boys third birthday. I really can’t believe he’s three and that he’ll be gearing up for school this time next year! We took a couple of his presents with us for him to open on his actual birthday, then the rest he opened when we arrived home. We also organised a small party for him at the local village hall on the Sunday.
Then came Easter. Last year we visited Castle Howard, for their Fun Fair and Farm Friends event. Although we enjoyed it, we decided to make a booking at our favourite place The Grainary, to take part in their Easter Egg Hunt and then have Sunday Lunch. It just can’t be rivalled at the moment. We took some friends and their little boy with us and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

ME. This hasn’t really been a month for me. I say this, however, I probably have treated myself as my bank balance says otherwise.. But since I was poorly, I missed my eyebrow AND hair appointment. I know. I KNOW. And my nails peeled, so I’m now back to painting them myself. Booo. Bring on next month for a proper pamper session in preparation for my friend’s wedding if anything else. I’ll definitely be due it!

THIS LITTLE SPACE is continuing to grow, along with my other platforms. Thank you to each and every one of you who not only follows but reads my ramblings. It really does mean a lot.
As with last month, Instagram has been my focus this month. If you haven’t already, please pop across here and have a nosey and follow.
Secondly, if you’ve missed any posts, don’t forget you can view all my posts on my local town of Scarborough, by visiting the tab at the top of the top and viewing places to either Eat, Drink, Stay or Visit.

I'm obsessed with Instagram at the moment too, it's hard work building your followers up but great fun. I just realised I wasn't following you?!!! So you now have an extra 1!

I love that jumper! Think I might need it!
