Casual grey.

A simple and comfy outfit this week. Featuring my new perfect summer bag.

I think I’m finally, in my thirties, getting there with my style. No matter how much I obsess and try prints and sometimes stripes, they just don’t work for me. Plus, wearing more colour block, basic colours and items, means you have the ability to dress it up or down, depends on how you feel or where you’re going.

However I can get away with printed shoes, to a degree and these Primark lace ups in snake effect and just brilliant in everyway. Price, fit and comfort. Primark is finally opening in York this weekend, so I’ll be taking a trip next week to see if there’s any new colours or styles that need to be added to my collection.

As I mentioned above, this is my new summer bag from New Look. It was an absolute bargain in a recent sale at £10 I believe. I’m forever drawn to brown bags, I don’t know why. But I love the drawstring detail.

I love the bag, it makes me think of the seaside randomly (maybe it's the stripes and rope?). Gorgeous pictures 🙂

Me too laura! I think if it had been in blue and white over the brown/sand, then it definitely would of had that nautical feel. 🙂 x
