Black And Blue.

23rd September 2016crelgey

Another work day, another outfit. I should really do a post on all the items within my work wardrobe, as there’s not many and it’s just a case of finding another combination.. So here’s another..

Next basic long sleeve top

 New Look silk bandana

Blue is definitely a favourite and go to colour for me. I think this is obvious by the amount of jeans I own alone. However black, on the other hand, is a colour that I don’t own or am drawn to much of. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but sometimes I feel it can be gothy, but on the other hand, it’s a colour sophistication and chic. I guess it’s how you style it. I think I did alright with this mono outfit.

My work wardrobe is all about comfort, simplicity and cheap. Cheap because, well, I work in a preschool, so there’s plenty of potential that I’ll end up coming home with food, snot, paint, play dough, glue, sequins, mud, water and who knows what else on my clothes and the thought of that happening to expensive clothing doesn’t sound money savvy, so many pieces, including these lace up flats, are from the likes of Primark.

I like this, it's really smart and looks warm. I'm not a big fan of black either, I much prefer a grey or navy. X
