Currently hibernating now the dark mornings and nights are drawing in and the temperature has considerably dropped? Having recently written about how to sleep comfy this Autumn, I thought I’d follow on with a few things about how to relax and make the most of this beautiful season.
Like, staying home, running the hottest and bubbliest bath, grabbing that book you’ve been meaning to finish for the last two months and relax. This is something I definitely enjoy. Currently made even more luxurious by this Joan Collins, Timeless Beauty, dry body polish*. It really leaves your skin looking bright and feeling so very soft! Aren’t bath’s the best way of how to relax?
Talking of books. The books I’m currently trying to get round to reading are the bloggers favourite, ‘The Life-Changing Magic Of Not Giving A F***‘, by Sarah Knight, which I’ve actually owned for 5 months now, yes, I know, what have I been doing.. I’ve just finished a biography and having been given an e-reader, I’ve just started David Jason’s autobiography that was on it.. But I WILL at least start this book before Christmas. The second book by Louise Hay, was from a selection I found on Amazon that I liked the sound of.
Venturing out of the house is a must, since we have a dog and a toddler to occupy, so walks and making the most of where we life in the beautiful countryside is what we do. It’s also great mentally, as it clears the mind and helps refocus – and is a cheap way to relax. Plus, family time is the best. We’re normally seen prepared for anything in our matching wellies. Everybody say aww.
