All The Monochrome Love With Apricot.*

20th January 2017crelgey

Here I am again. In my new wardrobe staple of monochrome with a beauty of a sleeveless jacket from the one and only Apricot.

If you caught my more recent posts, you’ll be up to date in knowing that monochrome, and my thoughts around it, is my new go to. It’s more than just a trend. I actually feel right at home and comfortable and that means everything to me after being so lost in what my own style was/is.

When I spotted this monochrome check sleeveless jacket in the Apricot sale I couldn’t help but add to basket. However, what sold it for me as a really good purchase and at a REALLY good price was the quality. This isn’t just a flimsy sleeveless jacket, this is a thick, lined, sleeveless jacket. The outer material is just so lovely and soft. It feels like a much more luxury high-end item than high street.

I teamed it with this sporty number of a jumper from New Look. I am literally in love with so many jumpers of the sporty/90’s kind on there at the moment and finished with my trusty Next jeans and Matalan over the knee boots.

I never think of buying a sleeveless jacket at all yet I see so many around, they’re literally everywhere and there’s so much choice. This looks great on you and as you say, it looks really good quality. Great sale find!

I hadn’t until last year and I could quite easily fill my wardrobe with them there’s so many! They’re just a nice alternate to a coat. And yes, the quality of this jacket os fab for a high street brand. 🙂 x
